Joined Capgemini as part of their CRM Business Unit to help CSP's transform their approach to customer service and help improve their customer experience. I headed transformation projects for clients like Orange (Group, UK, ...), Intelig, Tunisiana and a host of other European CSP's all over the globe while managing a team of 60+ consultants.
Partnered with my former Capgemini colleagues to build AssA Associates CRM Business Unit to provide customer service solution for north African market.
Made my way back to Capgemini and joined the BTech teams. Mixing my experience from working with the business and my technical background managed 30+ consultants to deliver diverse services like Solution Design, Solution Architecture, IT Blueprint Design, Operating Model Design, Audit, Coaching, Program Management, ... to CSP's in Europe, India, and north Africa.
Moved to Capgemini group to lead the global transformation of Capgemini Resource Management function. Managed the business and IT teams (right shore) to deliver a cutting-edge tool that served over 8000 resource managers and treated over 500,000 resources and a million staffing requests per year, ensuring 98% service quality across the world while improving the employee experience.
